The post requires managing complex student caseloads, leading statutory reviews, and implementing bespoke programmes to drive GCSE attainment. 35 hours/week, term time plus 5 days.

Salary (Actual Salary): £28,639 - £30,903 (Grade 9)

Working Pattern: 35 hours per week. Term time plus 5 days.
