Momenta Connect is seeking an enthusiastic Highly Specialist Speech and Language Therapist to join our expanding multidisciplinary team in the Hillingdon, Uxbridge and Isleworth area. You will implement universal strategies and targeted interventions across mainstream schools, empowering staff to lead whole-school communication.

Qualifications

• BSc, PGDip or MSc in Speech and Language Therapy.
• HCPC registration.
• Supervisory experience.
• Experience working at a specialist level with paediatric clients in a school setting.
• Experience delivering universal strategies and targeted interventions.
• Experience completing Education, Health and Care Plans assessments.
• Trauma-informed care experience.
• Experience working with SEND/complex needs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver staff training and consultations.
• Supervise and mentor Therapists and Assistants.
• Create and support communication-inclusive environments.
• Partner in multidisciplinary intervention planning.
• Drive whole-school communication strategies.
