OFG Education is seeking a Specialist Occupational Therapist to join our in-house clinical team at Dibden Park School & Bower Lodge School on a maternity cover. You will deliver bespoke OT assessment and intervention to pupils, working with a multidisciplinary education team.

The role involves managing an OT caseload, collaborating with supervision and leading staff training, supporting students who may have trauma, SEMH or neurodivergence, and aligning practice with the OFG Ways of Working.

Qualificações

• Recognised Occupational Therapy degree required.
• HCPC registration and RCOT membership desirable.
• Experience with LD/SEMH/neurodivergence.
• Enhanced knowledge of OT theory and clinical application.
• Experience of multidisciplinary working and staff supervision.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver bespoke OT assessments and interventions for students in education settings.
• Hold an OT caseload with clinical supervision support.
• Contribute to staff training and consultations as required.
• Collaborate with education teams to support student independence.
