  • Advanced analytical skills and experience with KPI dashboards and data-driven decision-making.
  • Project management and stakeholder engagement experience across functions and geographies.
  • Familiarity with automation technologies, digital logistics tools, and sustainability frameworks.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and change management skills.

Vestas Technology & Operations > Manufacturing > PEX Global Manufacturing Process and Production Excellence Center - PEX Logistics Excellence Team is part of Global Manufacturing. PEX Logistics Excellence Team scope comprises of the below- Secure delivery of Transformation, NPI / ramp-up projects for Logistics work streams, Optimise end to end Logistics operations using Lean principles- Designing material flow concepts, Validation of material flow and steps in line with Takt (including processes, tools and equipment) Responsibilities Design, standardize, and optimize logistics and warehouse processes to ensure operational efficiency, compliance, and sustainability. Promote continuous improvement through process excellence, digitalization, automation, and cross-functional collaboration. Ensure seamless SAP integration and stable operations across global logistics functions.
