Qualifications

  • Extensive knowledge in warehouse/logistics operations and SAP EWM.
  • Advanced analytical skills and KPI dashboards/data-driven decision-making.
  • Project management and stakeholder engagement across functions and geographies.
  • Familiarity with automation technologies, digital logistics tools, and sustainability frameworks.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and change management skills.
  • Strategic and analytical thinking; continuous improvement mindset.

Global Manufacturing Process and Production Excellence Center - PEX Logistics Excellence Team is part of Global Manufacturing.

PEX Logistics Excellence Team scope comprises of the below- Secure delivery of Transformation, NPI / ramp-up projects for Logistics work streams, Optimise end to end Logistics operations using Lean principles- Designing material flow concepts, Validation of material flow and steps in line with Takt (including processes, tools and equipment)
