Deliver, develop, and evaluate high-quality clinical pharmacy services for oncology and acute care patients at The Christie Private Care Centre.
Implement and support medicines management systems, ensuring safe, effective, and evidence-based use of medicines.
Act as a senior clinical role model within oncology pharmacy, providing supervision and support to pharmacy staff.
Deliver education and training to nursing and medical colleagues to promote best practice in medicines optimisation.
Maintain professional accountability for pharmacy services under your remit, driving continuous service improvement.
Contribute to strategic planning and service development within the pharmacy department to enhance patient outcomes.
