Job summary

Mayer Brown in London is seeking a Senior Specialist, Alumni Relations to support the global alumni network through communications, events, and CRM administration. You will help grow engagement across offices and practice groups.

You will work closely with the Assistant Director, Global Alumni Relations, coordinating virtual and in-person events, maintaining data, and collaborating with HR, Marketing and BD to drive alumni initiatives.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in alumni relations, events, marketing, or related fields.
• Strong event management and stakeholder engagement.
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
• Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
• Professional services or law firm experience is advantageous.
