Job summary

True Anomaly, Inc. seeks a Staff Enterprise Security Engineer to architect, deploy, and manage threat detection and incident response across enterprise and cloud environments.

You will harden systems, lead security engineering initiatives, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate security into the SDLC. You will participate in on‑call rotations, advance risk assessments, and stay ahead of evolving threats while supporting compliance and security policy development in a fast‑paced

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or equivalent required.
• 8+ years of information security experience with a focus on security engineering.
• Proficiency with security tools such as SIEM, IDS/IPS, vulnerability scanners, and endpoint protection.

Responsibilities

• Architect, deploy, and manage advanced threat detection and incident response configurations.
• Conduct regular security assessments, vulnerability scans, and risk assessments.
• Own and implement security hardening for all enterprise and corporate systems.
• Provide subject matter expertise for enterprise security.
• Participate in an on-call rotation for security events.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security into the SDLC.
• Monitor and analyze security logs from SIEMs and IDS/IPS; respond to incidents.
• Stay updated with security trends and technologies.
