The analyst collaborates with clients and senior stakeholders to align on strategic objectives, delivering data-driven recommendations to inform high-impact decisions across functions. Mentors junior team members and helps refine processes while implementing advanced tools and best practices.

Qualifications

• Education level: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 6-8 years of experience with Planograms or Floorplans.
• Experience with analysis in a professional setting.
• Experience in merchandising is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to align on client objectives and deliver recommendations for space optimization solutions.
• Gather customer insights and competitive data; interpret results and communicate clearly.
• Create merchandising presentations to enhance consumer shopping experience and support retailer meetings.
• Act as a business partner for merchandising on space planning, analytics, and planograms/floorplans.
• Maintain spatial information workflows and analytics; recommend process optimizations.
• May lead or support a team, delegating workload and ensuring project completion.
