What You Need To Do:

• Create a positive environment where your team feels cared for and valued, celebrating successes and nurturing talent.
• Ensure an excellent guest experience by maintaining high standards in food preparation and team training.
• Maintain impeccable food, health, and safety standards; understand financial aspects like gross profit, stock control, and labor costs, and spot opportunities for improvement.
• Build a coaching culture within your team, working with the Head Chef on recruitment and development.
• Be a proactive problem solver, making quick decisions when necessary.
