What You Will Do:

• Create a caring and supportive environment, celebrating successes and nurturing talent, role modeling a coaching culture.
• Ensure an exceptional guest experience by maintaining high standards in food preparation and team skills.
• Maintain spotless food, health, and safety standards; understand financial metrics like gross profit, stock control, and labor costs; identify opportunities for improvement.
• Build a coaching culture within your team, working with your Head Chef on recruitment and development, fostering personal and professional growth.
• Be a proactive problem solver, making quick decisions.

• Experience leading a kitchen team as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef, driving performance in a fast-paced environment.
