Senior Sous Chef | Full-time

As a Senior Sous Chef, you will be an inspirational leader, creating a positive environment for your team and guests. You will support continuous coaching and development of your team to excel while driving restaurant performance and delivering excellent results.

- Are dedicated to ensuring an excellent guest experience, ensuring every dish is prepared to high standards, either through your own efforts or by equipping your team with necessary skills and mindset.
- Are experienced in maintaining spotless food, health, and safety standards, understanding financial performance including gross profit, stock control, and labour costs, and proactively spotting opportunities.
- Are committed to fostering personal and professional growth within your team, working with your head chef to build a strong team from recruitment and ongoing development.
- Are a forward-thinking problem solver, able to think on your feet and make quick decisions.
What we look for |
- Experience leading a kitchen team as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef, driving performance through positive behavior in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communicator, capable of having genuine conversations with consideration and care, ensuring your team feels supported.
- Experience maintaining high standards in food, health, safety, and financial performance including GP and stock control.
- Ability to manage labour costs efficiently, reacting to changing demands.
- Leadership qualities that inspire and engage your team to flourish in their roles and careers.
- Passion for creating an inclusive environment where your team feels respected and they belong.
- A forward-thinking problem solver, able to think on your feet and make quick decisions.
