The role:

As a Senior Sous Chef, you will be an inspiring leader, fostering a positive environment for your team and guests. You will support continuous coaching and development of your team while driving restaurant performance and delivering excellent results.

Responsibilities include:

• Creating a caring and supportive environment, celebrating successes, and nurturing talent within your team.
• Ensuring exceptional guest experiences by maintaining high standards in food preparation and safety.
• Managing kitchen standards, including food safety, health, safety, and financial performance, including gross profit, stock control, and labor costs.
• Building a coaching culture, working with your Head Chef on recruitment and ongoing development.
• Solving problems proactively and making quick decisions.

Ideal candidate:

• Experienced Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef leading a kitchen team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communicator who fosters a supportive team environment.
• Knowledgeable in food safety, health, safety standards, and financial management of a kitchen.
• Capable of managing labor costs and adapting to changing demands.
