Senior Sous Chef | Full time

The Role |

As a Senior Sous Chef, you will be an inspiring leader, fostering a positive environment for your team and guests. You will support in coaching and developing your team to excel while driving restaurant performance and delivering exceptional results.

What You Will Do |

  • Create a caring and supportive environment where your team feels valued and celebrated, promoting a coaching culture within management.
  • Ensure an outstanding guest experience by maintaining high standards in food preparation and team skill development.
  • Maintain impeccable food, health, and safety standards; understand and manage financial aspects such as gross profit, stock control, and labor costs.
  • Build and nurture a strong team through recruitment and ongoing development, fostering personal and professional growth.
  • Act as a proactive problem solver, making quick and effective decisions.

What We Look For |

  • Experience leading a kitchen team as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a dynamic environment.
