About the Role

Senior Sous Chef, Malmaison

Salary: 36k - 38k DOE including Tronc (Service Charge)

Contract: Permanent

Role Overview

As Senior Sous Chef, you will support the Head Chef in ensuring the team delivers brand standards smoothly and consistently. Ideally, you have experience at this level and can demonstrate leadership in developing your team.
