Job summary

Blue Shock Executive Search is seeking a Senior Sous Chef for a premier Kelowna restaurant group in British Columbia. You will help oversee all kitchen operations with the Head Chef, guiding a diverse team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Requirements include a minimum of 5 years cooking in full-service restaurants and 3 years in a leadership role at high volume. A hospitality/culinary degree is desirable; sponsorship is not offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years cooking experience in a full-service restaurant.
• Minimum 3 years in a leadership role in a high-volume setting.
• Bachelor's/college degree in hospitality, restaurants and culinary arts or business background is a plus.
