We’re looking for a seasoned Senior Sous Chef to join our high-performing team at Pasture, someone who’s already running services like it’s second nature and is ready to take the next step toward becoming a Head Chef.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in busy, open-fire kitchens.
• Experience with live-fire cooking and whole-animal butchery.
• Ability to train and motivate a brigade of chefs.

Responsibilities

• Leading high-paced services with confidence, clarity, and consistency.
• Supporting the Head Chef in day-to-day kitchen operations and leadership.
• Inspiring and developing junior chefs through strong communication and hands-on training.
• Contributing to menu development and bringing new ideas to life.
• Managing ordering, stock control, and mise en place.
• Upholding high standards of food hygiene and kitchen organisation.
