What You Bring:

• Ability to foster a positive environment where your team feels cared for and valued, promoting success and nurturing talent.

• Experience maintaining impeccable food, health, and safety standards, with a good understanding of kitchen financials such as gross profit, stock control, and labor costs.

Preferred Experience:

• Leadership experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a fast-paced environment.
