The role |

What you will do |

• Create a caring, supportive environment that celebrates success and nurtures talent, role-modeling a coaching culture within management.
• Ensure every dish meets exceptional standards, providing guidance and training to your team to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
• Maintain impeccable food, health, and safety standards in your kitchen, and understand financial metrics such as gross profit, stock control, and labor costs.
• Build a coaching culture, working with your Head Chef to recruit and develop a strong, motivated team committed to personal and professional growth.
• Be a proactive problem solver, capable of quick decision-making in a fast-paced environment.
