As a senior sous chef, you will be an inspirational leader, creating a positive environment for your team and guests. You will support continuous coaching and development of your team to excel, while driving restaurant performance and delivering excellent results.

- Are experienced in maintaining spotless food, health, and safety standards, and understand the financial aspects of a kitchen including gross profit, stock control, and labor costs, proactively spotting opportunities.
- Are committed to building a coaching culture within your team, working with your head chef on recruitment and ongoing development, fostering personal and professional growth.
- Are a forward-thinking problem solver, able to make quick decisions on your feet.
What we look for |
- Experience leading a kitchen team as a head chef or senior sous chef, driving performance through positive actions in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to have genuine conversations that ensure your team feels supported.
- Proven experience in maintaining high standards in food, health, and safety.
- Understanding of kitchen financials, including gross profit and stock management.
- Ability to manage labor costs effectively, adapting to changing demands.
- Leadership qualities that inspire and engage the team to excel and grow.
- Passion for creating an inclusive environment where team members feel respected and valued.
- A proactive problem solver capable of quick thinking.
