Senior Sous Chef | Full-time

The role:

As a Senior Sous Chef, you will be an inspiring leader, fostering a positive environment for your team and guests. You will support continuous coaching and development of your team to achieve excellence, while driving restaurant performance and delivering outstanding results.

Responsibilities include:

  • Creating a caring and supportive environment, celebrating successes, nurturing talent, and role modeling a coaching culture.
  • Ensuring an exceptional guest experience by maintaining high standards in food quality and safety, and equipping your team with necessary skills and mindset.
  • Maintaining spotless food, health, and safety standards; understanding financial aspects such as gross profit, stock control, and labor costs; proactively spotting opportunities for improvement.
  • Building a strong team through recruitment and ongoing development, fostering personal and professional growth.
  • Being a proactive problem solver, capable of quick decision-making.
