The role |

As a Senior Sous Chef, you will be an inspirational leader, creating a positive environment for your team and guests. You will support continuous coaching and development of your team to achieve their best while driving restaurant performance and delivering excellent results.

  • Focus on creating a positive environment where your team feels cared for and listened to, celebrating successes. Prioritize nurturing and developing talent within your team, role modeling a coaching culture within the management team.
  • Are dedicated to ensuring an excellent guest experience, making sure every dish meets high standards either through your own efforts or by empowering your team with the necessary skills and mindset.
  • Have experience in maintaining high standards of food, health, and safety, and understand the financial aspects of running a kitchen, including gross profit, stock control, and labor costs, proactively spotting opportunities.
  • Are committed to building a coaching culture within your team, collaborating with your head chef to recruit and develop staff, fostering personal and professional growth.
  • Are a forward-thinking problem solver, capable of quick decision-making and thinking on your feet.
