- Are committed to building a coaching culture within your team, collaborating with your head chef to recruit and develop staff, fostering personal and professional growth.
- Are a forward-thinking problem solver, capable of quick decision-making and thinking on your feet.

- A passion for creating an inclusive environment where everyone feels respected and valued.
- A proactive problem solver, quick thinker, and decision-maker.
What's in it for you |

- Access up to 30% of your earnings before payday with Wagestream.
- Share of tips (tips go directly to our teams, vary by restaurant, and are at guests' discretion).
