Senior Sous Chef | Full-time

The Role:

As a Senior Sous Chef, you will be an inspirational leader, creating a positive environment for your team and guests. You will support in coaching and developing your team to excel while driving restaurant performance and delivering excellent results.

What You Bring:

  • Focus on creating a positive environment where your team feels cared for and listened to, celebrating successes, nurturing talent, and role modeling a coaching culture.
  • Dedication to ensuring an excellent guest experience, with dishes prepared to high standards, supported by your team’s skills and mindset.
  • Experience in maintaining food, health, and safety standards, understanding financial aspects like gross profit, stock control, and labor costs.
  • Ability to build a coaching culture, working with your Head Chef on recruitment and development, fostering personal and professional growth.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills, quick decision-making ability.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience leading a kitchen team in a fast-paced environment, driving performance through positive leadership.
  • Strong communication skills, with a caring and considerate approach.
  • Experience in food safety, health and safety standards, and financial management of a kitchen.
  • Ability to manage labor costs and adapt to changing demands.
  • Leadership qualities that inspire and engage the team.
