The role |

As a senior sous chef, you will be an inspirational leader, fostering a positive environment for your team and guests. You will support in coaching and developing your team to excel while driving restaurant performance and achieving excellent results.

• Have experience in maintaining high standards for food, health, and safety, and understand the financial aspects of running a kitchen, including gross profit, stock control, and labor costs.

• Are a proactive problem solver, capable of quick thinking and decision-making.
