As a Senior Sous Chef, you will be an inspirational leader, creating a positive environment for your team and guests. You will support in coaching and developing your team to excel while driving restaurant performance and delivering excellent results.

- Are committed to ensuring an excellent guest experience, with dishes prepared to high standards, either through your efforts or by empowering your team.
- Have experience in maintaining high standards of food, health, and safety, and understand the financial aspects of a kitchen, including gross profit, stock control, and labor costs.
- Are dedicated to building a coaching culture within your team, working closely with the Head Chef on recruitment and ongoing development, fostering personal and professional growth.
- Are a forward-thinking problem solver, capable of quick decision-making.
What we look for |
- Experience leading a kitchen team as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef, with a focus on performance and positive behavior in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to have genuine, supportive conversations.
- Proven experience maintaining high standards of food, health, and safety.
- Knowledge of kitchen financials, including gross profit and stock management.
- Ability to manage labor costs and adapt to changing demands.
- Leadership qualities that inspire and engage teams to thrive.
- Passion for creating an inclusive environment where everyone feels respected and valued.
- Problem-solving skills and agility in decision-making.
