The Role |

As a Senior Sous Chef, you will be an inspirational leader, fostering a positive environment for your team and guests. You will support continuous coaching and development, drive restaurant performance, and deliver excellent results.

Key Responsibilities |

• Create a positive environment where your team feels cared for and supported, celebrating successes and nurturing talent.
• Ensure an exceptional guest experience by maintaining high standards in food preparation and safety, and equipping your team with necessary skills and mindset.
• Maintain spotless food, health, and safety standards; understand financial aspects like gross profit, stock control, and labour costs.
• Build a coaching culture, working with the Head Chef on recruitment and ongoing development, fostering personal and professional growth.
• Be a proactive problem solver, making quick decisions in a fast-paced environment.

What We Look For |

• Experience leading a kitchen team as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef, driving performance in a complex environment.
• Strong communicator, capable of meaningful conversations, ensuring team support and engagement.
• Proven experience in maintaining high standards of food safety, health, and safety.
• Financial acumen regarding kitchen performance, GP, stock, and labour management.
• Leadership qualities that inspire and engage the team, fostering an inclusive environment where everyone feels respected and valued.
• Ability to think quickly and solve problems proactively.
