Albert's Schloss Manchester is seeking a Senior Sous Chef with a passion for cooking and a track record in busy, fresh-food kitchens. You will play a key role alongside the management team, leading a motivated kitchen crew and ensuring top-quality dishes in a fast-paced setting.

With at least two years as Sous Chef or Senior Sous Chef, you will thrive on building an energized team, delivering on menus, and upholding our Bavarian-inspired standards in a vibrant Manchester venue.

Salary and Benefits:

Salary: £42,000-45,000 per annum (depending on experience) + up to 32% bonus per annum, paid quarterly! (OTE up to £59k)

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Sous Chef with the passion and enthusiasm to succeed in a busy kitchen. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of strong experience as a Sous or Senior Sous Chef working with fresh food, in a high-volume restaurant. As Senior Sous Chef, you will be working alongside the management team, and you'll be a valuable part of a kitchen that thrives on the pressure of working in a busy food operation.

You will engage and work alongside our Chefs as part of a tight-knit team in an exciting, fast-moving environment, preparing fresh locally sourced ingredients.
