COREcruitment Ltd is seeking a Senior Sous Chef for a top-branded restaurant group in Central London. You will support the Head Chef, lead a 15-20 strong brigade and ensure high-volume, quality-led menus across all sections.

This role offers progression within a respected group, a competitive salary (£47,000–£52,000 per annum) and an Open Kitchen, brimming with busy service and a strong culture of training and development.

Formación

• Proven Senior Sous Chef experience in a high-volume branded restaurant environment.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Ability to follow and execute recipes to a high standard.
• Commercial awareness with cost control and labour management.
• Calm, organised and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the kitchen team across all sections and support the Head Chef.
• Ensure consistent execution of a high-quality, seasonal menu.
• Manage ordering, stock control, food safety and compliance.
• Drive team development, training and performance.
• Step up and run the kitchen in the Head Chef's absence.
