Qualifications

• Experience as Junior Sous Chef in premium casual/high-volume kitchens.
• Experience with fresh food prepared on site.
• Willingness to step up and lead.

Responsibilities

• Support the sous chef in leading the kitchen team.
• Step up and run the kitchen in the sous chef's absence.
• Manage ordering, stock control, rotas, and food safety.
