Job summary

Coppa Club in Guildford is seeking a Senior Sous Chef to lead daily kitchen operations, work closely with the Head Chef, and drive kitchen performance across high-volume service.

You'll mentor junior chefs, refine seasonal menus, maintain rigorous hygiene and presentation standards, and deliver consistent, top-quality dishes that reflect Coppa Club's ethos. Strong leadership, creativity, and calm under pressure are essential.
