Wiltons on Jermyn Street in London seeks an experienced full-time Sous Chef to join Head Chef Daniel Kent and the Back of House team. The role offers a competitive hourly rate of £20.21–£21.34 plus a yearly bonus and a 48-hour week with flexible shifts.

Open Monday to Saturday with days off, 28 days holiday including bank holidays, and company training opportunities. Wiltons provides uniforms, meals on duty, pension, and progression opportunities across the group.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Junior Sous Chef or Sous Chef in a similar establishment.
• Excellent management, training and delegation skills.
• Imagination & creativity in developing new recipes and dishes.
• Good financial skills: budgeting, forecasting, stock control and GP.
• Understanding of Health & Safety practices, Food Safety/HACCP.
