Job summary

Wiltons on Jermyn Street is hiring experienced waitstaff to join the Front of House team. The role focuses on delivering exceptional British dining service in a fast-paced environment, with a strong emphasis on wine knowledge and guest care.

Ideal candidates bring experience with high-end establishments, the ability to upsell, and solid knowledge of British cuisine. Training and progression opportunities are provided within the Wiltons group.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced establishment serving 80–100 covers per service.
• Strong knowledge of British cuisine and wine varieties.
• Ability to recommend dishes and upsell to guests.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Familiarity with Squirrel POS and wine knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Serve and clear tables efficiently.
• Provide wine recommendations and pairings.
• Maintain high standards of customer care and service.
• Assist with floor sales and guest needs.
