The role |

As a Senior Sous Chef, you'll be an inspirational leader, creating a positive environment for your team and guests. You will support continuous coaching and development of your team to excel while driving restaurant performance and delivering excellent results.

• Experience leading a kitchen team, driving performance through positive behavior in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills, with genuine conversations that ensure your team feels heard and supported.
• Experience maintaining high standards in food, health, and safety.
• Understanding of financial performance, including gross profit, stock control, and labor costs.
• Ability to build a coaching culture, focusing on recruitment and ongoing development.
