The role |

As a Senior Sous Chef, you’ll be an inspirational leader, creating a positive environment for your team and guests. You will support in coaching and developing your team to be the best they can be while driving restaurant performance and delivering excellent results.

• Are dedicated to ensuring an excellent guest experience, ensuring every dish is prepared to exceptional standards, whether through your efforts or by empowering your team with the necessary skills and mindset.
• Are experienced in maintaining spotless food, health, and safety standards in your kitchen, understanding financial performance including gross profit, stock control, and labor costs, and proactively spotting opportunities.
• Are focused on building a coaching culture within your team, working with your Head Chef to recruit and develop talent, fostering personal and professional growth.
• A forward-thinking problem solver, able to think on your feet and make quick decisions.

• A Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef with experience leading a kitchen team, driving performance through positive behavior in a fast-paced, complex environment.
• A strong communicator capable of genuine conversations with consideration and care, ensuring your team feels heard and supported.
• Experience in maintaining high standards of food, health, and safety.
• Experience understanding the financial performance of a kitchen, including gross profit and stock control.
• Experience managing labor costs, adapting to changing demands.
• An inspiring leader who engages their team to nourish and flourish in their roles and careers.
• Passionate about creating an inclusive environment where your team feels respected and they belong.
• A forward-thinking problem solver, able to think on your feet and make quick decisions.
