As a senior sous chef, you will be an inspirational leader, creating a positive environment for your team and guests. You will support continuous coaching and development of your team, driving restaurant performance and achieving excellent results.

• Focus on creating a positive environment where your team feels cared for and listened to, celebrating successes. Prioritize nurturing and developing talent, role modeling a coaching culture within the management team.
• Are dedicated to ensuring an excellent guest experience, with every dish prepared to high standards, either by your efforts or by empowering your team.
• Are experienced in maintaining food, health, and safety standards, and understand the financial aspects of a kitchen including gross profit, stock control, and labor costs.
• Focus on building a coaching culture, working with your head chef to recruit and develop your team, fostering personal and professional growth.
• Are a forward-thinking problem solver, able to make quick decisions on your feet.

• Experience leading a kitchen team as a head chef or senior sous chef, driving performance in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills, capable of having considerate and supportive conversations with your team.
• Proven experience in maintaining kitchen standards and managing financial performance including GP and stock control.
• Ability to manage labor costs and adapt to changing demands.
• Leadership qualities that inspire and engage your team to thrive and grow.
