Senior Sous Chef | Glasgow Central Area | Full Time

As a Senior Sous Chef, you will be an inspirational leader, creating a positive environment for your team and guests. You will support continuous coaching and development of your team, while driving restaurant performance and achieving excellent results.

What You Bring:

  • Focus on creating a positive environment where your team feels cared for and listened to, celebrating successes and nurturing talent.
  • Dedication to ensuring an excellent guest experience with dishes prepared to exceptional standards.
  • Experience in maintaining high standards of food safety, health, and safety, and understanding financial aspects like gross profit, stock control, and labor costs.
  • Ability to build a coaching culture, working with your head chef on recruitment and development.
  • Problem-solving skills, quick decision-making, and adaptability.
