Job summary

BaxterStorey is seeking a collaborative Senior Sous Chef to lead kitchen operations for corporate catering, hospitality and events.

You will coach and develop the team, maintain high food standards, manage budgets and work closely with clients and the on-site Executive Head Chef.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Senior Sous Chef or Sous Chef.
• Reporting to the on-site Executive Head Chef.
• Experience in B&I is desirable.
• An obsession for food and creating experiences.
• Ability to manage, train, and support a team.
• Financially astute with budgeting and driving commercial performance.
• Excellent coaching, delegation and influencing skills.
• Ability to prioritise multiple projects under pressure.
• Meticulous organisation and attention to detail.
