BaxterStorey in London (The City) is seeking a creative Head Chef to lead a premium contract catering site, delivering exceptional food and service across retail restaurant and fine dining hospitality. You will oversee a team, manage budgets, and collaborate with clients to set new standards in workplace hospitality.

The role requires proven Head/Executive Chef experience, strong leadership, and a passion for delivering outstanding culinary experiences.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Head/Executive Chef or similar role.
• Strong leadership and team management experience.
• Financially astute with budgeting and commercial performance focus.
• Excellent coaching, delegation and influencing skills.
• Ability to prioritise multiple projects in a fast-paced, creative environment.
