The Role

As a Senior Sous Chef, you will be an inspirational leader, creating a positive environment for your team and guests. You will support in coaching and developing your team to excel while driving restaurant performance and achieving excellent results.

What You Bring
  • Focus on creating a positive environment where your team feels cared for and listened to, celebrating successes, nurturing talent, and role modeling coaching culture.
  • Dedication to ensuring an excellent guest experience, with dishes prepared to high standards and equipped your team accordingly.
  • Experience in maintaining food, health, safety standards, and understanding financial performance, including gross profit, stock control, and labor costs.
  • Commitment to building a coaching culture, recruitment, and ongoing development within your team.
  • Ability to think quickly and solve problems proactively.
