The role

As a Senior Sous Chef, you’ll be an inspirational leader, creating a positive environment for your team and guests. You will support continuous coaching and development of your team to excel while driving restaurant performance and delivering excellent results.

If you

• Focus on creating a caring and listening environment, celebrating successes, nurturing talent, and role-modelling a coaching culture within management.
• Are dedicated to ensuring an exceptional guest experience, maintaining high standards in dish preparation and team skill development.
• Ensure food, health, and safety standards are impeccable, understand financial metrics like gross profit, stock control, and labor costs, and proactively spot opportunities.
• Build a coaching culture, work with the head chef on recruitment and development, and foster personal and professional growth.
• Are a forward-thinking problem solver, able to make quick decisions on your feet.
