Role: Senior Sous Chef

Salary: 43,000 + approximately 3500 service charge

Platinum Recruitment is working in partnership with an award - winning fine dining restaurant located within a 4 - star hotel in Broadway, Worcestershire who are looking for a skilled and ambitious Senior Sous chef to join their team.

Package: up to a 46,500 package

• Acting as a leader in the absence of the head chef.
• Training and mentoring other chefs.
• Setting the standards for the rest of the kitchen.
• Innovating in creating new dishes.
