Job summary

Parogon Group is seeking a Senior Sous Chef to join our kitchen leadership and help us deliver outstanding dishes and service across our sites. You will support the Head Chef, mentor a developing team and ensure consistency, accuracy and quality in every plate.

We're on the hunt for a awesome Senior Sous Chef to help us take off!

Here’s what we offer:

• Up to £15 per hour (Approx. £2,900 every 4-weeks or £37,400 pa)
• Super achievable bonus up to 10% of your basic (Approx. £3,740 pa)
• Shared Service charge (Avg. £8,700 pa)
• Total Potential Package = £49,8400 per year

As a vital piece in our kitchen's leadership team, you'll work closely with your Head Chef and General Manager to create fantastic food while developing and inspiring your team to be their best selves!
