Job summary

Parogon Group is seeking a Senior Sous Chef to join our kitchen leadership team. You will work closely with the Head Chef and General Manager to deliver exceptional menus, mentor your brigade, and drive service excellence across our sites.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a busy kitchen and ability to develop a team.
• Senior sous chef experience preferred.
• Strong hospitality mindset and commitment to food quality.

• Mentor and motivate kitchen staff to deliver high standards.

Here's what we offer:

• Up to £15 per hour (Approx. £2,900 every 4-weeks or £37,400 pa)
• Super achievable bonus up to 10% of your basic (Approx. £3,740 pa)
• Shared Service charge (Avg. £8,700 pa)
• Total Potential Package = £49,8400 per year
