• Hands-on Senior Sous Chef in a fast-paced kitchen, across all sections.
• Support the team, communicate with FOH and management, and report equipment issues.
• Contribute to team goals and drive progression within the kitchen.
• Be ready to step in wherever needed to maintain high standards.
