Mowgli, the Indian home kitchen, is seeking a Head Chef to lead a busy kitchen and deliver outstanding dishes with pace and precision.

You will oversee rota planning, stock control, and team communication, while coaching staff to reach targets and develop their careers. The role demands hands-on leadership and commercial focus to maintain high standards across services.

Mowgli is simply an Indian Home kitchen, opened in 2014 by barrister turned entrepreneur and curry evangelist Nisha Katona.
