Bedfordshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced Band 7 Sonographer to join the Bedford Hospital ultrasound team. The post holder will rotate across General, Obstetric, and Community Diagnostic Centre settings, delivering high-quality scans and reporting with CRIS and PACS.

You will work within a supportive team, with opportunities for learning and development, and contribute to safe, patient-centred care across Bedfordshire.

Qualifikationen

• Experience as a Sonographer and ability to deliver high-quality ultrasound reports.
• Knowledge of MSK and small-parts ultrasound is present within the team and can be developed.

Aufgaben

• Organise and coordinate workload across ultrasound areas.
• Perform and report a wide range of ultrasound examinations.
• Produce accurate reports using CRIS and PACS.
• Demonstrate proficiency in obstetric imaging per FASP and GROW protocols.
• Maintain high professional standards within a multidisciplinary team and ensure safe, patient-centred service.
