Position: Sommelier

We are currently seeking a proficient and passionate Sommelier to join our esteemed team. As a Sommelier, you will play a central role in curating an exceptional wine experience for our guests, showcasing your expertise in wine pairing, and contributing to the overall enjoyment of their dining experience. If you have a deep knowledge of wines, a refined palate, and are committed to providing top-notch service, we invite you to be the guiding force behind our extensive wine program.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Curate and manage the restaurant's wine list, ensuring a diverse and high-quality selection.
2. Assist guests in choosing wines that complement their meals and preferences.
3. Provide insights into wine regions, varietals, and vintages.
4. Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop wine pairings for menu items.
5. Oversee wine service and storage, ensuring proper handling and presentation.
6. Conduct wine tastings and educational sessions for staff and guests.
7. Stay informed about industry trends, new releases, and emerging vineyards.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Sommelier in a high-end restaurant or luxury establishment.
• In-depth knowledge of wines, regions, and wine production.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to create a memorable and personalized wine experience for guests.
