Job summary

Cloud Decisions, a Microsoft-first MSP, is seeking a senior Microsoft infrastructure/cloud professional to lead client projects, delivery and service improvement. Reporting to the IT Director, you will influence client roadmaps, oversee technical direction, and act as a senior escalation point for the service desk, while mentoring the team and ensuring clear client communication and robust documentation.

You will design and implement Azure, Microsoft 365, Exchange Online and SharePoint Online,

Qualifications

• Strong Microsoft background with Azure, Microsoft 365, infrastructure and networking.
• Experience in MSP, consultancy or multi-client environments.
• Ability to align technology with client business goals and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of cloud and infrastructure projects across a varied client base.
• Design, implement and support Azure, Microsoft 365, Exchange Online and SharePoint Online.
• Provide senior technical escalation across infrastructure, networking, virtualization and security.
• Support and mentor the wider technical team, helping to build capability.
• Work directly with clients, providing clear communication and a commercially minded approach.
• Contribute to solution design, technology roadmaps and continuous improvement.
• Maintain strong technical documentation and ensure projects are delivered effectively.
