About the Role
As a Solution Consultant at Thomson Reuters, you will have:
- Be a product expert for the Legal Software suite, focusing on the HighQ platform and Legal Tracker, collaborating with other Solution Consultants to keep stakeholders informed about developments and the product roadmap.
- Produce, maintain, and update demo data and technical resources for the Sales teams; train and support them in using these materials.
- Gather feedback from the field and collaborate with Product Management on go-to-market strategies.
- Work with Sales and Marketing to ensure consistent messaging and up-to-date supporting materials.
- Assist the Sales team in qualifying sales opportunities and understanding the technical scope of solutions required.
- Support the sales process by demonstrating the value of Legal Software products via calls, presentations, and online or onsite demos.
- Coordinate with the Sales team to prepare proposals that align solutions with customer needs.
- Ensure excellent client experience and develop trusted advisor relationships with stakeholders to foster client advocacy.
- Represent the product at industry conferences and events.
About You :
- Experience in enterprise/SaaS sales; familiarity with legal software (HighQ preferred).
- Background in legal work, such as a lawyer or legal operations, legal project management, etc., is a plus.
- Strong presentation skills, confidence, and ability to instill trust.
- Customer-focused with negotiation, problem-solving, and conflict management skills.
- Entrepreneurial, collaborative, and able to operate across teams.
- Comfortable working in an agile, dynamic environment.
- Excellent relationship-building skills across organizational levels.
- Organized self-starter capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
