Job summary

Fortive Corporation, operating Intelex solutions, seeks a Solution Lead to provide architectural leadership in solution design and delivery for Global Services engagements. You will review estimates, oversee design workshops, and guide teams to ensure cost targets, timelines, and risk mitigation.

Responsibilities include coordinating with project managers, sharing knowledge across teams, and mentoring junior consultants.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates project and client transition from Sales to Global Services for new accounts or engagements.
• Translates client requirements into an Intelex solution design meeting objectives, cost, and timeline targets.
• Reviews services estimates and implementation plans to ensure accuracy and minimize non-billable time.
• Attends Implementation Design Workshops to oversee analysis and documentation of requirements.
• Ensures architectural coherence between technical and business processes through modelling and design.
• Leads creation of configuration guidelines to ensure reusable configuration details.
• Performs technical risk assessments through experience and prototyping.
• Mentors junior consultants and collaborates with Project Manager to manage risk and staffing.
• Travel to client locations within Canada, the United States and occasional international travel (10%-40%).
